Chaz Chumley is sick and will not be able to present his introduction to Drupal as planned.

He has promised to make it up to us and present in the near future.

Instead I will be going a bit further into Flash Catalyst and I will show off some handy new tools for working in Flex.

We are somewhat moving the site again.  Adobe officially announced groups.adobe.com at MAX.  It is where we will officially keep the members list from now on, so if you want to remain/become a member of VegasFlex you need to do so at our group site.

I will be sending out invites to all those on my current list to make sure no one is missed in the transition.

Not only is it a cool thing to do for the group, groups.adobe.com will also be a great way to promote yourself.  Your profile will be listed on Adobe.com which is a very highly ranked site with links to your personal site.

Joey Lott has had to cancel because of an emergency.  In the place of his presentation I will be giving the demo that I will be giving at MAX|360 in San Francisco.

We will be discussing Cairngorm and Zend AMF.  The demo will be fairly comprehensive, but don’t worry if you are not familiar with either of the projects.

I will be using Cairngen in the demo to speed it up a little.  I have uploaded a walkthrough on setting up Cairngen in Flex Builder 3 to get you caught up if you would like to follow along at the meeting.
